To the Wilshire Ebell Theatre Community

For the health, safety, and well-being of our patrons, staff, and artists, The Wilshire Ebell Theatre and The Ebell of Los Angeles maintain the following COVID-19 policies:

Private Theatre and Special Events: Clients are encouraged to host a fully vaccinated and up to date* event to keep everyone as safe as possible. However, we no longer require guests to show proof at the door. Clients may determine stricter policies than those mandated by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Filming Productions on campus require that masks must be always worn when indoors, regardless of an individual’s vaccination status. This means that when filming interior scenes, all cast and crew must wear a mask, except when absolutely necessary to perform a task that cannot feasibly be done while wearing one. For more information, please see the LACDPH Public Health Order, Page 5, Section 4.h. Strict capacity limits, physical distancing requirements, and many other previously required safety modifications have been reduced while encouraging vaccination to protect the community.

Ebell Club Events require that all persons in attendance be fully vaccinated and up to date*. For more information on club events please contact club_inquiry@ebellofla.org.

Masking is currently optional but strongly recommended while on campus, indoors and outdoors.

Ebell staff and members must be fully vaccinated and up to date.

This policy is subject to change at any time, in accordance with fluctuating local, state, and federal guidelines. Please review our current policies prior to visiting.

*  Fully vaccinated and up to date means the individual has had a full set of primary vaccines plus at least one booster.
Visitors and guests with medical or religious exemptions must take a PCR test 48 hours prior to an event, show proof of negative test results, and take a rapid antigen test on-site prior to entering the event, at their own expense.
